TRINITY ALI

Trinity Ali serves as the Human Resources Consultant at Ballad, leveraging her dynamic background in sales, marketing, and talent acquisition to drive impactful HR strategies. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, and now based in Edmonton, AB, Trinity brings over six years of specialized experience in various aspects of HR, from recruiting to policy and procedures development.

Trinity excels in crafting tailored HR solutions that align with business objectives. Her expertise in talent acquisition spans critical sectors such as healthcare, executive-level marketing, and sales.

Recognized for her strategic acumen, Trinity has pioneered innovative approaches to process development. She has designed onboarding frameworks that expedite the onboarding process and significantly enhance employee engagement.

Trinity's foundation in sales and marketing enriches her capability to understand client needs profoundly. She has devised and executed targeted advertising strategies that effectively showcase employer brands and attract top talent. At various organizations, Trinity introduced data-driven advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimizing recruitment efforts and strengthening employer branding initiatives.

Trinity stays at the forefront of HR trends, refining her skills to meet evolving client demands. Her strategic mindset, coupled with a passion for building meaningful connections, ensures she delivers exceptional client service and fosters organizational growth.

CHELSEA BOISVERT

Chelsea Boisvert, the Human Resources Manager at Ballad, serves as the dedicated Human Resources Specialist for this project. Her expertise spans staffing, recruitment, training and development, conflict resolution, and diverse HR functions. Chelsea has experience leading companywide HR restructuring efforts, conducting comprehensive job analyses, and optimizing staff roles and responsibilities. She excels in formulating and implementing policies, enhancing employee retention, recruitment, and training programs. Chelsea holds a BBA with a Human Resources focus and a Diploma of Business Administration in Accounting from NAIT, alongside Prosci Change Management certification.

VICTORIA GAGLIARDI

Victoria Gagliardi, serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at Ballad. She graduated from MacEwan University with a degree in Human Resources Management and completed her Bachelor of Commerce with the cooperative education program. With previous experience at a recruitment agency, Fountain Tire's Head office and a Financial Technology start-up, Victoria possesses a diverse skill set in HR functions like benefits and compensation, professional development, and full-cycle recruitment. At Ballad, she applies her expertise to drive HR initiatives and cultivate a supportive work environment.
